rental requirements

A valid driver's license is mandatory.
All drivers must be at least 21 years of age.
For renters or drivers between the ages of 21 & 24, a young driver fee may apply.
Proof of Full Coverage Auto Insurance Policy in the name of the renter is required. (If you do not have full coverage, we can help you purchase what is required for the rental)
All Documents and Credit Cards MUST be in the Renter/Driver's name.
Debit & Bank cards MAY be used at our discretion and may be subject to different requirements/deposit.
Additional documents & identification verifications may be required if a debit card is used.
All vehicles are non-smoking. You will forfeit your entire deposit if smoking and/or vaping occurs in our rental car. (Cleaning fees will apply)
We offer In-Town & Out-of-Town Vehicle Rentals.
In-Town, Vehicles are allowed in Silver City and some surrounding areas. (Restrictions apply - see boundary map for in-town car rentals)
Out-of-town Vehicles are allowed in all of NM, CA, AZ, NV, UT, CO and TX. (Restrictions apply - see boundary map for out-of-town car rentals)
Your rental vehicle must be returned with a full tank of gas to avoid a Fuel Service Charge Fee.
